Ordered a wrap at the deli and was told it would be brought down to me at the table as they were going to toast it. I waited 10 min and decided to walk up and enquire as it should only take a couple of minutes to toast an item. They still had it toasting and the staff member was no longer there. They served it to me burnt to a crisp. Will not be returning.
Visited today. It was quiet. Every table was filthy with food and stains on the floor and tables. The staff have no interest in cleaning them. Our toasted wraps were served cold. Disappointing experience.
